DANRIDA provides electronics design services from the first idea and prototype to small and medium production batches. We can join early, while the product behaviour is still being defined, or later, when there is already a schematic, PCB, prototype or a production issue that needs a practical review.
We also handle the mechanical side of the product: drawings, enclosure or mounting part adaptation, CNC machining, laser cutting and marking, prototype assembly and tuning, production test equipment and product certification. The aim is not only to make a design look correct on paper, but to make it work in real conditions, be easy to test and understandable for the people who will later maintain it.

The short answer: the earlier you get us involved, the better. An electronics project often starts with basic questions: do we need a controller, what type of controller, sensor board, communication module, power supply, test fixture or an improvement to an existing product? At the beginning, a complete technical specification is not required. It is enough to describe what the product should do, what environment it will work in and what constraints are already known.

Technology decisions
An electronics project often needs several disciplines to work together: schematic design, PCB, firmware, communication interfaces, mechanics, testing and production preparation. We choose technologies according to what the product must do, where it will operate, how many units will be produced and how quality will be checked later. This means the solution is planned from the start not only as a prototype, but as a product that can be assembled, tested and maintained repeatedly.

Manufacturing
From prototype to a small production batch
Electronics manufacturing starts well before soldering components. It needs proper manufacturing files, a clear BOM, understandable changes, a test plan and a decision on what to do if a component disappears from supply. These details look small only until they begin affecting deadlines.
- We prepare or review Gerber, pick-and-place, BOM and assembly information.
- We can manufacture and test electronics prototypes before a larger batch is ordered.
- We can manufacture or adapt mechanical parts when the electronics product needs to be assembled into a finished physical product.
- We help find faults that appear only after a board is physically assembled.
- We advise how to change the design so electronics manufacturing becomes simpler and more stable.
If the project was started elsewhere, we can join as an independent technical review. Sometimes a few schematic or PCB corrections are enough to make a prototype suitable for production.
